Direct Reimbursement Dental Plans
Direct Reimbursement Dental plans are self-insured plans whereby the employer reimburses the employee for dental expenses.The employer can minimize their risk by limiting the amount of dollars to be reimbursed annually, usually up to $1000. And, the paperwork for filing claims is eliminated, most often resulting in more dollars reimbursed to the employee.
